Referral Day Rehabilitation

ABI Rehabilitation offers Day Rehabilitation. This is aimed at providing a high intensity programme to those that are able to reside at home and attend day rehabilitation.

This service is usually provided for those who
Transition from the intensive inpatient service to the community

However, it may be accessed by
a) people being discharged from hospital who may live near the rehabilitation facility or
b) currently living in the community who require an intensive burst of rehab
