Spasticity Assessment and Treatment:

Referrals can come via ACC, GP’s or self-referral. However, prior to an assessment funding approval is required. Please complete a referral letter (including funder information) and send to community.referrals@abi-rehab.co.nz

ABI Rehabilitation will follow up with the funder and update you on the situation.
